Irrational beleifs
Long before Albert Ellis gave us list of 13 irrational beliefs which if we do not go through this list we are in gor a pleasant shock that without being aware many of us keeping them and preserving them as our proud life principles please go through them and introspect for your own benefit. The list link I will share I think this list needs further update as number of irrational beliefs us growing as we are moving towards busy life style.
